Cotton is a nice sized 15 hand mare with the typical lightly muscled Acres Destiny type conformation.
She moves nicely and is a very trainable, soft and light mare in your hands….which is what Peppers fillies are all like.  We missed our opportunity to train her for the futurity but her full sister will get a chance to shine instead.

Mouse will not be put into training because of an eye abscess as a yearling which has reduced her vision.  She will be a great asset to our breeding program in the future. She also has a US registration number.

This bay roan tobiano mare is easy to train and has a very nice temperament.  She is a demon on cattle and we often use her for mustering and as a ‘help’ horse.
She combines the genetics of Doc’s Spinifex and Freckles Jay Jay.  Her sire is a full brother to Spins Image and Docs Spin N Tell, making Pepsi an Aunty to the good cutting mare Honey Don’t Tell.

Ellymay is everyones favourite. A good sized mare that is like an armchair to ride. She passes her sweet disposition on to her foals.
We should be breeding her more but she gets used on cattle because she is so handy. She has a low sweeping style when cutting and sorting our bulls.
At the 2009 Paint National Show she won a National Championship in Team Penning, a Reserve National Championship in Paint Bred Cutting, and fifth in all breeds two handed cutting. (her first time at a show)

A pretty buckskin mare by the great import sire Smart Little Diablo* (dec’d). She will be producing very athletic foals with lots of ‘cow’.

We love her smart looking 2009 buckskin filly by the sprint bred Lookin Treasured*.  Smarty is bred back to Acres Showdown for a 2010 foal.

This elegant mare has produced some lovely foals.  They always surprise us with their overall quality in type and movement. Due to many inquiries asking for tobiano mares, we will be offering this mare only for sale in 2010 in foal to the imported sprint stallion Lookin Treasured*.
 
Jay is primarily cutting bred but she does trace to the imported sprint mare Go Lassie through her dam’s sire. We feel that it may be an advantage to utilise Jay’s pedigree for producing good barrel horses. There is also a possibility of her producing a homozygous coloured foal as well.
